Eco Space Foundation is a grassroots organization in Uganda dedicated to promoting veganism, animal rights, food systems change, and sustainable living. We engage schools, restaurants, communities, and policymakers through education, advocacy, and collaborative programs to build healthier, ethical, and sustainable communities.

  • Atim Doreen

    Chairperson: Oversees the board, ensures governance, and provides strategic guidance.

  • Mirembe Gloria

    Vice Chairperson: Supports the Chairperson and steps in when needed; helps drive board initiatives.

  • Akareut Angella

    Secretary: Maintains board records, minutes, and documentation; ensures compliance with regulations.

  • Asimwe Rogers

    Treasurer: Oversees financial management, budgeting, and reporting.

  • Sekabira Herbert

    Board member: Supports the board and shares in strategic planning and decision-making

    Founder & CEO: Provides overall leadership, sets organizational vision, develops partnerships, and ensures program impact and growth.

    Photographer: Captures high-quality images for campaigns, events, and documentation.

  • Muwule Rajab

    Videographer: Produces video content for advocacy, awareness campaigns, and social media.

  • Eriaku Emmanuel

    Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer: Tracks program progress, evaluates outcomes, and provides insights for improvement.

  • Namayanja Kismat

    Communication Officer: Manages external communications, social media, newsletters, and public relations.

  • Owomugisha Doreen

    Finance Officer: Assists with budgeting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting under the treasurer’s guidance.

  • Tamale Arafat

    Coordinator: Supports program planning, logistics, and coordination across teams and events.

  • Kibirige Kevin

    Community Officer: Engages local communities, builds relationships, and facilitates grassroots participation.

  • Lukyamuzi Kevin

    Events Officer: Plans and executes events, campaigns, and outreach activities.

  • Nakalyango Zaharah

    Administrator: Manages office operations, documentation, and general administrative support.

  • Kizito Henry

    Programs Officer: Supports program design, implementation, and reporting across all 

    initiatives.
